We aspire to make this once-in-a-lifetime journey to wonderful memories and bring the Bible you were raised on to life. Join us! And see where Jesus gave the Sermon on the Mt, where he gathered his disciples. We invite you to be part of a life-changing experience!
On our first day, we shall start by exploring Old Jaffa, where Peter brought to life Tabitha (Acts 9:36-42). Jaffa is also where Peter had a vision and a message from the Holy Spirit telling him to accompany several messengers to Cornelius in Caesarea Maritima. Peter retells the story of his vision in Acts 11:4–17, explaining how he had come to preach Christianity to the Gentiles. After lunch, we shall explore Tel Aviv, 'the city that rose from the dunes.' We'll be visiting the historical streets like Rothschild Boulevard and important monuments next to local markets like the bustling Carmel Food Market.
On our second day, we shall explore the coastline of the Holy Land. Our first stop would be in Caesarea Maritima. It was there that Peter baptized the centurion Cornelius, considered the first gentile convert. Paul sought refuge there, once staying at the house of Philip the Evangelist and later being imprisoned there for two years (estimated to be 57–59). Then we shall continue exploring the north and stop for a breathtaking panoramic view of the Haifa Bay area from the top of the Bahai Gardens. Then we are off to tour Ancient Acre. The Book of Acts reports that Luke the Evangelist, Paul the Apostle, and their companions spent a day in Ptolemais (Acre) with the Christian brethren.
Our journey continues to what would be a real spiritual moment for anyone with faith. First will be exploring ancient Nazareth, where Jesus spent his adulthood. Most of our time will be dedicated to touring the excavations of ancient Nazareth, where according to Luck 1, Mary was announced by Gabriel she would bear the Lord. Then we shall pass through the village of Cana, where Jesus performed the first miracle, turning water into wine (John 2). Shortly after, we shall start touring the Sea of Galilee: Visiting the town of Capernaum, where Jesus lived, preached, and performed famous miracles. Next would be visiting the Church of the Beatitudes, where tradition points to the area where Jesus gave the famous Sermon on the Mount. Another stop would be to examine an ancient boat dated from Jesus' times, now on display in a nearby kibbutz. Our last stop would be the Jordan River.
The Golan is genuinely a different piece of Land. Here we shall first visit Tel Dan, an ancient Biblical city. It is there where the sanctuary later received one of the two golden calves of Jeroboam. Then we shall visit Caesarea Phillipi, where Jesus confirmed Peter's assumption that Jesus was the Messiah. The site is today a place of pilgrimage for Christians.
