The Best Photo in Caesarea

Touring Israel

So where can you take the best photo in Caesarea? Truly, one of the nicest sites that are worth visiting in Israel is Caesarea National Park. You can find a good blend of Archeology next to good restaurants next to the Mediterranean Sea. Sadly after you finish your private tour in Israel, you’ll find it hard to remember the names of all the places you’ve been to. Having a couple of photos from each site you visited is sometimes equivalent to a thousand words.

Where Is The Place For The Best Photo in Caesarea?

I think from all the best locations you can take a photo from, probably the one just above the Circus Maximus will be the best spot. From there you can see Herod’s Palace and just below you there is the Hippodrome. With an iPhone, you can use the portrait mode, which could incredibly enhance the photo. I tried it a couple of times in my private tours of Caesarea and my guests loved it. Another great spot for the best phone in Caesarea is just where the aqueduct is located.

5 Most Instagrammable Places in Jerusalem

The aqueducts of Caesarea are a system of aqueducts that carried water to the city of Caesarea in ancient times. The aqueducts of Caesarea functioned during the city’s existence. In other words, from its founding in the days of Herod, until the 13th century; when it was destroyed in the days of the Mamluk Sultan Baibars. Although Caesarea was built over a layer of high groundwater; which allows water to be supplied through wells. In spite of that fact, the city builders took care of the supply of running water to the city; as was customary in the great cities of the Roman period. The system was composed of several different parts.

There if you´ll climb at the very end and stand there you´ll be able to put the entire Roman aqueduct into one frame. Also if you will stand just under the last arch that supports the aqueduct it would be awesome! If possible try to catch the Med Sea as a background.
