Our day would start walking along Rothschild Boulevard, the first street of Tel Aviv. We will visit Independence Hall, examine some Bauhaus-styled homes.

Tel Aviv's markets are so much fun. The Carmel Food Market with its colors and smells. Adjacent is Nahalat Binyamin Artisan Market that has little gifts you can get to your loved ones.

We would dedicate about an hour to explore Old Town Jaffa. Now a neighborhood of Tel Aviv but Jaffa is here around 5,000 years and even mentioned in the Bible like in the Book of Jonah and the Book of Acts.

We'll stop for about an hour to have some delicious local food. Either in the Carmel Market, where there are great options, or some other restaurant I know worth going to.

The Palmach Museum is dedicated to the Palmach, the strike force of the pre-state underground Haganah defense organization, which was later integrated into the Israel Defense Forces. A fun experience for adults and youth alike.

Ayalon Institute was an underground ammunition factory, disguised as a kibbutz that ran a laundry service. The factory was established in 1945 and manufactured ammunition until 1948; today it is a museum and national historical site.
