Fulk, born in 1089 in Anjou, France, was a member of the influential House of Anjou. The Crusader King of Jerusalem:

In 1131, Fulk married Melisende, the heiress to the Kingdom of Jerusalem, and subsequently ascended to the throne as King Fulk of Jerusalem. His reign was characterized by an unyielding commitment to preserving and expanding the Christian presence in the Holy Land, which was a challenging endeavor given the political complexities of the time.

Achievements and Challenges:

Fulk implemented various reforms and policies to strengthen the Kingdom of Jerusalem during his rule.
