A Little About the Dolphin Reef Beach in Eilat

Dolphin Reef Beach opened in 1990, is dedicated to the vision of bringing humans and animals closer together respectfully. The dolphins at Dolphin Reef are wild and are not held in captivity in any way. They can come and go as they please with constant access to the sea.

The goal of Dolphin Reef Beach is to maintain three values: environment, society, and economics. For the environment, they want to bring humans and nature together through positive interactions and concerning the local habitat. They gain knowledge through scientific research that causes zero harm. For society, wants to lead by example, demonstrating that humankind and nature can coincide in peace. Lastly, for economics, they pride themselves on economic independence to remain resolute in their values and strategy.

If you want to get up and close with the dolphins in their natural habitat, you can do so at the Dolphin Reef Beach. Visitors aged 8-88 who are confident swimmers can take a scuba diving tour with seasoned instructors. You will have the opportunity to descend 6 meters into the gulf and interact with these vibrant creatures. In addition, those aged 10-88 can go snorkeling instead!

Can you imagine what it would be like to come face to face with one of the most playful and iconic creatures of the sea? Dolphins are incredibly curious animals who may be wondering about you just as much as you are wondering about them. In fact, you can watch them speed through the water as they play with their family, friends, and maybe you too!

So on my guided tours of Eilat, this is one of my favorite spots to visit! My guests really like here, and it’s a great way to connect to nature. Also if you have kids and you’re touring alone without a private tour guide; this is an ideal spot while touring Eilat!
