My Jerusalem Christian Day Tour focuses on the Christian Quarter in Jerusalem. But we’ll explore other sites as well in Jerusalem that are important to Christians around the world. Sites like the ‘Upper Room’ and much more!
Our day will commence by outlining major sites linking them to the different Christian traditions, some are in the Christian canon and some post canonical.
After a short introduction to the Holy City of Jerusalem. And after outlining important monuments and buildings to different Christian traditions, we would start exploring Mount Olives.
We will allocate the next hours touring the Christian Quarter, entering from Lions Gate. On our way to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, we will visit sites like the Pool of Bethesda, Via Dolorosa, and more.
Via Dolorosa
Our lunch will be something local, I know the best place in Mahane Yehuda Food Market.
Ein Kerem is a beautiful neighborhood that lies on the fringes of Jerusalem. According to Luke, John the Baptist was born, and Mary met Elizabeth.
