The best beach in the Dead Sea in my humble opinion is the shores just next to the Isrotel Dead Sea and Isrotel Ganim. These two are public beaches and it does not involve a fee to enter. The downside I guess is the facilities that are not ideal but you can use the felicities at the hotels for a fee.

Dolphin Reef Beach Eilat

Dolphin Reef is a horseshoe-shaped sea-pen where bottlenose dolphins in the Gulf of Eilat in the northern-eastern Red Sea near the city of Eilat in southern Israel swim in and out of. It is a major tourist attraction in this area. The site is home to Black Sea bottlenose dolphins that are not trained to perform and there are no dolphin shows, but they are able to interact freely with human visitors. One of the best beaches around the Sea of Galilee is Amnun Beach. The big advantage is it’s a quiet beach.
