While touring Jerusalem you want to make a stop for some nice local food. But what are the very best eateries in Jerusalem? I guess the first stop should be in the Mahane Yehuda Market. It’s the largest food market in Jerusalem so trust me you can find lots of delicious local Israeli food.
For example, Azura Restaurant is an excellent option. Azura is for sure my go-to restaurant while in Jerusalem; it offers excellent local fresh foods like delicious hummus! Another great restaurant in the area of the Food Market is Machneyuda Restaurant. The restaurant was opened by the renowned Chef Assaf Granit who since then made quite a name for himself.

The Hansen House is a design, media, and technology center located in the Talbiyeh neighborhood of Jerusalem. The building, formerly the Hansen Government Hospital was established in the late 19th century. Now it’s a beautiful spot for lunch or dinner. Today you can find there the Ofaimme farm coffee shop and Deli.
Another stop worth checking out is the First Station Area; there, in particular, you should check out Adom, which is a fabulous restaurant. The place is meant for Carivours in general, but still, you can find some vegetarian dishes as well, like the Eggplant Carpaccio. So I hope this post was helpful to you, and if you need some more tips, you can email or just text me a Whatsapp message.
